The below panels are a page from Space Precinct Zero #3 that inspired a prologue short film that I’m currently working on. It will detail how CWRS Officer (check the fourth panel for more info!) Lucas Karaner came to be aboard the Precinct and what his general experience is like. Let’s just say it’s not all fun and games for Lucas.

The events of the page itself occur after Lucas and Emay have managed to survive the destruction of their fighter and infiltrated the attacking mothership.

After taking a prisoner and escaping an attack, they regroup in a utility space. Lucas asks Emay about a previous comment she made: “I don’t even want to be here”. In return, Emay asks about Lucas’s story…

The ‘Judge-Bot’ lettering (image 3) is some of my favourite in the issue. I had originally been collecting samples of my lettering when I decided to post this whole page instead!
